Traffic & Mobility Studies
SUMP – Prizren
We prepared the Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan for Prizren, providing a strategic framework to improve transport and mobility. The plan includes traffic analysis, stakeholder engagement, and measures to enhance public transport, walking, cycling, and road safety, following EU best practices.
Traffic Signal Optimization – Prishtina
We reprogrammed all traffic light intersections in Prishtina and implemented a green wave on the main road network. Our work included full technical analysis, traffic modeling, and capacity assessments to improve traffic flow and intersection level of service.
Road Safety Inspection (RSI) - Prizren
Road safety inspections and audits were conducted for the Prizren municipality, assessing existing infrastructure, identifying safety risks, and providing targeted recommendations. The work included evaluation of road geometry, traffic conditions, signage, and pedestrian facilities, ensuring measures align with international road safety standards.

Medical Center
Designed in compliance with healthcare standards, ensuring proper zoning, hygiene, and accessibility. The functional layout supports efficient workflows and safe daily operations.
